With this in mind the Roots & Shoots programme explores different topics relating to recognising then strengthening your individual 'roots' - those things which energise and ground you – as well as developing your 'shoots' - the new goals or habits towards which you want to work.

Take 2: an Introduction to Mindfulness for Busy Parents & Carers is a mindfulness course with a difference. The course explores mindfulness as a practical strategy for protecting and promoting your emotional wellbeing rather than as a spiritual practice.
